I love the look of the fixture in my newly renovated powder room. The wide plate covered the hole in the sheetrock that the previous fixture occupied, so I didn't have to deal with sheetrock issues. The fixture provides lots of light, particularly with the clear glass shades. It's so bright that I use three 40-watt bulbs, rather than 60 watt, which I expected to use. Also, the clear glass is beautiful with Edison bulbs, but I didn't like the yellow-ish glow produced by the 2700 K bulbs. So I changed out the Edison bulbs with 5000 K bulbs with an eye-friendly coating. Also note that the fixture's width is exactly 30 inches, which lines up perfectly with the mirror The photos make it appear that it's slightly wider than that, but that's a distortion of the photos.
